Parks & Recreation

The City of McKeesport Recreation Department is responsible for youth and family activities such as Movies in the Park, Renzie Rib Fest, as well as holiday events such as the Easter Egg Hunt, Halloween Parade, Salute to Santa Parade, and Festival of Trees.

The Recreation Department coordinates reservations for the city's pavilions and ball fields. This department also maintains athletic facilities including a hockey rink, basketball courts, and tennis courts.

    The McKeesport Recreation Board is a nine-member commission of volunteers who plan, organize, and run city events.

  9. Renziehausen Park

    Renziehausen Park is a two hundred and five acre regional facility located within the City of McKeesport with access points along Eden Park Boulevard.
