Halloween Parade and Children's Party

The city's annual Halloween Parade and Party invites children of all ages to show off their costumes, take part in fall-themed craft, and enjoy lunch together. The parade begins shortly after 10 a.m. -- taking our costumed guests through Renzie Park to trick-or-treat at the Park Office, Main Pavilion, Heritage Center, and Senior Center -- and return to the Blue-Top Pavilion and lunch.
