Council meetings are held at 7:00 PM on the first Wednesday of each month except the month of August.

Richard Dellapenna - President
Richard J. Dellapenna is a lifelong resident of the City of McKeesport. He graduated from McKeesport Area High School in 1991. He was inspired to run for the position of City Councilor after watching his father, the late Richard Dellapenna, dedicate his life to working as a public servant.
Rich is married to Amy Dellapenna, a teacher with the McKeesport Area School District.
He has been employed with Allegheny County Emergency Services since 2001. Rich’s work as a 911 Dispatcher has enabled him to have first-hand experience in effectively communicating with callers, police, fire, and ambulance personnel, efficiently solving problems, and appropriately handling crisis situations.
He has a strong bond with his family, and he is dedicated to publicly serving the City of McKeesport.

V. Fawn Walker-Montgomery, M.S. - Member
V. Fawn Walker-Montgomery is a lifelong resident of McKeesport, PAHer political career and civic involvement was inspired in McKeesport as a youth. As a student at McKeesport High School she participated in SADD; MADD; Student Newspaper; and was within the top ten of African Americans with highest GPA in the class of 1998.
After high school she obtained a BA in Political Science, from Johnson C. Smith University (JCSU) located in Charlotte, NC. Fawn graduated with the highest GPA in her major; was featured in Who’s Who’s Among American College Students; and received various academic honors for Dean’s List. Here she worked on various political campaigns and lobbied in Raleigh for the “Voters Owned Elections Act”. Fawn received a scholarship from the Tuition Exchange Program; North Carolina Congressional Black Caucus; and a Public Service Award for her work with the “Voters Owned Elections Act”. After receiving her B. A. Fawn graduated from Point Park University Summa Cum Laude with Masters of Science in Criminal Justice Administration.
Professionally, she has over eight years of experience in the social services field working with local
families and agencies such as Adelphoi Village; Every Child, Incorporated; Macedonia FACE; and Allegheny County Children, Youth, and Families. Locally she volunteers with Operation Save Our Youth /Rainbow Temple in McKeesport; First Step Recovery Homes; MAAPC; Mon Valley for Obama; Semper Fidelis Club; and National Association of Black Social Worker Pittsburgh Chapter.
